Come learn some radical history at the PJC! In February, we will talk about Robert Smalls, one of the first black members of the US Congress who, during the civil war, escaped slavery by capturing a Confederate ship and sailing it past Union lines.

Come learn a bit about the history of zines, and make some together in community! We will learn about two different and easy ways to make our own zines, and then we will all spend some time making and sharing with one another. Paper, pencils, pens, and a host of colorful supplies will be provided!
